You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone.

A Message From G-Dad Outdoors

For G-Dad Outdoors and our family, suicide awareness has always been something we supported through ministry, compassion, and outreach. As both a minister and a business owner, helping people has always mattered deeply to us.

But when loss comes home… it becomes personal.

Our family does not want anyone to experience the heartbreak, confusion, despair, and lasting pain that suicide leaves behind. The purpose of this page is not to judge people, shame people, or pretend life is always easy.

Our goal is to spread the love of God while also recognizing something important:

People impacted by suicide are not defined simply by faith, religion, weakness, or failure.

Many people silently carry battles others never see. In moments of deep pain, fear, hopelessness, or emotional exhaustion, some begin believing there is no other way to handle what they are feeling.

That is why this matters. That is why this page exists. And that is why we want people to know they are not alone.

This page exists for one reason:

Because sometimes life gets heavy.

Sometimes the pressure becomes too much. The silence gets louder. The nights get longer. And people begin carrying burdens they were never meant to carry alone.

At G-Dad Outdoors, we believe every life matters. Not because life is always easy. Not because people are perfect. But because every person has value, purpose, and worth.

This page is not about judgment. It is not about pretending everything is fine. It is about letting people know there is still hope — even when the water feels dark.

You do not have to carry it alone.

If You Need Help Right Now

 Call or Text 988

Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

24/7 confidential support for anyone in emotional distress, crisis, or simply needing someone to talk to.

Whether you are struggling yourself, worried about someone else, or feeling overwhelmed — help is available.

This number is also available for people trying to help someone they know who may be struggling, suffering silently, or showing signs they need support. Trained counselors can help guide you on what to say, how to encourage someone to seek help, and how to respond in a compassionate and safe way.

Do not wait until it is too late to reach out.

Call or Text 988.

You are not weak for asking for help. You are not weak for caring enough to help someone else.

 When the Water Feels Heavy

Fishing teaches us something important.

Sometimes the line gets heavy. Sometimes the current fights back. Sometimes we get tired.

But no fisherman was meant to carry every load alone.

There are moments in life where strength means speaking up. Where courage means asking for help. Where surviving one more night becomes the victory.

And if that is where you are right now:

Please stay. Please reach out. Please talk to someone.

There are people who care more than you realize.

Scripture & Encouragement

“Fear thou not; for I am with thee.” — Isaiah 41:10 (KJV)

“The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart.” — Psalm 34:18 (KJV)

“Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee.” — Psalm 55:22 (KJV)

To The One Reading This Quietly

You may feel exhausted. You may feel unseen. You may feel like nobody understands the weight you are carrying.

But your story is not over.

The darkest moments of life often convince people they are alone. That is not the truth.

There is still hope. There are still people who care. And there is still purpose ahead of you.

One conversation can change everything. One phone call can interrupt the darkness. One more day can become the beginning of healing.

Please do not carry it alone.

Faith Runs Deep

Built around faith, family, the outdoors, and reminding people that even in difficult seasons — there is still hope.
